Julian Burke

As a lifetime resident of Alexandria, Julian has unique insights into the neighborhoods of the Northern Virginia Area. Julian specializes in servicing the real estate needs of a variety of clients, from first-time buyers to “upper brackets” clients. They are primarily interested in Alexandria and Arlington, although Julian also represents many clients in McLean, Great Falls and western Fairfax County. He has practiced real estate since 1982, enabling him to gather a wealth of information about neighborhoods throughout Northern Virginia, while simultaneously adding to his vast local knowledge of Alexandria and Arlington. This allows him to offer his clients services throughout the Northern Virginia Area.

Julian is also a strong proponent of the use of technology in the real estate industry, and is constantly looking for new ways to apply it to the marketing of properties. He looks forward to meeting the demands that a fast changing technological environment offers.
