Julian Delaney

Dr. Julian C. Delaney is a global business professional who has been working in the real estate industry for more than four years. In his first year in the industry, he managed to do over 1 million in sales and even acquired a million dollar plus listing for his first listing. He focuses on the South Florida market and able to assist clients with either residential or commercial properties in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach areas. Not to mention, he also is licensed in Georgia and Illinois as well.
 
His success in his academic life has helped him accomplish personal and professional goals throughout his career. He has dreamed of helping individuals from all walks of life whether personally or professionally since he was a child. Being in the real estate industry has helped him truly bring his vision to life by assisting numerous clients with their real estate needs. Lastly, his devotion to networking with likeminded business professionals has enabled him to develop partnerships with organizations such as the Academy of International Business, the National D.B.A Society, and the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Dr. Delaney believes that every property whether residential or commercial, has a story. Each property deserves to have it’s story told regardless if old or new. He enjoys helping buyers or sellers come to a decision when it comes to real estate transactions. “I want all of my clients to either receive or spend their money’s worth because at the end of the day, buying or selling a property is a major life changing decision for a lot of different individuals.”

Lastly, he mentions all of the time to his clients that he isn’t in the real estate industry just because of the money. He truly wants to help change lives and help people avoid the frustration and aggravation of having to make difficult real estate decisions on their own.
