Look no further for a realtor who will work his hardest for you, care about you and your unique circumstances, and do everything necessary to get you the very best deal possible. I worked with Julian and his team on the sale of one home and the simultaneous purchase of another. This is not an easy undertaking, but Julian takes it all in stride. Julian worked a miracle getting me a house. He worked extremely hard finding me a house during Covid when houses were extremely hard to get. He would set up tours of 6-8 houses a day and by 5 pm that a day each house would have at least 5 offers on it. We ended up finding a house on the auction site. He was a trooper and figured everything out when no one else would do it. He is hard working, extremely knowledgeable, and has been in the business for a while. He IS what you are looking for in a Realty Executive and WILL get it done hands down.

Julian went above and beyond as our realtor. Our home purchase was filled with trials and tribulations on the side of the seller.
