Juliana Malouff-Mc Croskey

Juliana Malouff-Mc Croskey has lived in or near the Prescott Area since 1972. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science Business Administration Degree and Finance Emphasis in 1982. After working in bank management for 10 years, Juliana went back to school and obtained a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Yavapai College. She was President of the Yavapai College Paralegal Association for two consecutive years, received the award for Outstanding College Club and the coveted President’s Award her second year at Yavapai. Juliana has been in real estate since 2007. She was REALTOR® of the Year 2016, Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® President 2019 and in 2021 received the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Silver Award for the achievement of excellence in service, innovation, and dedication. She is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer efforts at Suzy’s Prescott Center for the Arts as Stage Manager, seamstress and costume designer. Juliana enjoys working with residential Buyers and Sellers and assisting other agents in providing quality service to their clients.
