Juliann has been so helpful and professional. We went to her open house. She was friendly and informative. It ended up we bought the house. Since we don't live in the area, we also used her service to lease the house. She always keeps us in the loop but not overkill with details. I will recommend her without hesitation and counting on her to find me good tenants.

If you are looking to buy a home you NEED to contact Juliann Galligan!! All I have to say is thank god she is my sister, that poor girl dealing with me throughout this process 😬 I’m sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️ good thing you are stuck with me #family
I honestly dont know how she does it with four kids and multiple demanding homeowners at once! She works 7 days a week, is there for you throughout the process 24/7, literally! And is still able to make time to be a fantastic mom, oh and to make that super cute sign I am holding in the photo!!
I am not recommending her as a sister helping out a sister, I am recommending her because she is an unbelievable realtor that is very thorough, meets all of your needs, and makes this process seem like just another walk in the park.
