Julianne was such a pleasure to work with from the start when we first decided on Nashville market. She helped me understand the city as we are from out of state. Being virtual she really made it easy to get things done. She went the extra mile multiple times like following up on repairs and things as we closed. When I visited the house in person she was even nice enough to drive me to the airport. She is hard working and will answer any questions you have and really knows her stuff, too. Julianne is one of the most professional realtors I work with in middle Tennessee. I am a home inspector and work with 80-100 agents personally an a yearly basis, so I can see the difference in the level of professionalism. If I were buying or selling a home she would be one of the first people that I contact. She knows the market here in the surrounding Nashville area and is on the top of her game. Give her a call if you are even thinking about buying a home. It doesn’t hurt that she is a wonderful person on top of her being a great agent. Five stars all the way.

We went with the realtor recommendations of a Nashville moms group and couldn’t be happier, even my 3 year old cant stop talking about her. She is kind, knowledgeable professional, and incredibly responsive. At one point, I started to feel guilty for having her show so many houses but she made sure to let us know that it wasn’t a problem. Julianne was great to work with through the whole home buying process. We live out of state and had one weekend to really look at houses. Julianne went above and beyond for us.
