I had an excellent experience, working with Julie. My search took over a year. I decided to put my search on hold, last year; and Julie was very patient, stayed in touch, and was ready to jump back in, once I decided to resume my search. She was never pushy, over-communicative, nor did she ever lose sight of what my goals were. I found a wonderful home - perfect for me - and look forward to many happy years here. Julie was very responsive to our needs. She traveled well out of her usual territory for us as we were buying from out of state and could not travel to see all the properties. She was able to face time video the properties so we could assess the value and determine next steps. Customer service was excellent.

Julie was very professional in her initial proposal and review of our property. She provided great insight on improvements we should make to get the most value for our home. It was apparent by her review of comps and proposal for the listing price she was willing to work for us to get the most value out of our home.

When it came to marketing she spared no expense. She has not only incredible photos taken but also a video that really hit on the personal touches of the property. She also made sure it was listed literally everywhere.

Her communication during the sale process was good, there was only a couple of times we had to reach back out to her. Otherwise, for the most part she kept us updated that was moving forward. At closing she was attentive doing everything she could to make sure this was a painless for us as possible.

Overall, we were very happy with Julie and have recommended her to several family and friends. Most of them have since used her and had the same experience. If you’re looking for a realtor in western Nevada County who is willing to really work for you, then make sure you reach out to Julie.

I had a short time span in which I needed to find and purchase my home and Julie got it done! She’s so easy and pleasant to work with and is a real go getter!
Several months after purchasing my home the Covid 19 pandemic broke out. Within this time frame she had her baby #2 and still managed to contact me and offer her help with any needs that I might of had! I mean, who does that? Well Julie does! She’s a gem!
