Julie is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in industrial, retail, office and land real estate transactions.

A dedicated and persistent advocate, Julie’s goal is to protect her client’s best interests fiercely – to figure out what the client really wants and needs, and to work to the utmost of her ability to make sure that this is what the client gets.

Prior to becoming a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Julie spent almost 20 years managing corporate real estate transactions at Bridgestone and APL Logistics. Having handled 1,000+ corporate real estate transactions, Julie is especially familiar with the intricacies of the negotiation process and is a master negotiator. She appreciates the importance of timely communication, exhaustive research, constant accessibility, and complete loyalty to her client’s interests and goals.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is fluent in 5 languages.
