Julie Boyd-Elrod and her team make buying or selling a home a breeze. They are professional and personable and keep track of all the details necessary as well as answer the numerous questions that arise. Julie was my realtor in 2016 for selling a house and again recently when we bought a house; she stuck with us during two years of searching and never hesitated when we wanted to see yet another listing. During both selling and buying, Julie was always there with accurate answers and advice.

I couldn't be happier that, following the often painful process of interviewing a number of Realtors, Julie was selected and accepted the "assignment" to sell our home. Due to some "complications" (a family trust, our location more than 1,500 miles from Orlando, etc.) there was a significant lag time between the time we first met and were in a position to place the home on the market. Nevertheless, Julie remained a most valuable partner as she contacted me on a regular basis advising me of market conditions and eventually bringing other business contacts into play who helped unsnarl the hurdles and made the process so much easier for me. Bottom line: Julie called me with a full price offer less than 4 hours from the time of listing! On the way to closing Julie was the consummate professional overshadowing and monitoring the amateurish actions of the buyer's agent, efficiently coordinating with the title company (an excellent firm she also recommended) and tying together the many details for my family located so many miles away.

If you are searching for a results-driven real estate professional who a.) Understands the dynamics of the market, b.) Effectively utilizes all the marketing tools needed to bring qualified buyers to your property, c.) Will bring a collection of skilled professionals to the table and, d.) A friend referred Julie Boyd-Elrod to me last year when I decided to sell my town-home. After my first meeting with Julie I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. The town-home was my first home purchase so selling it would be my first home sale. Julie helped me through it all and then some as she helped me find and close on my new single family home just a month later. Julie is honestly the best. We met Julie Boyd-Elrod through word of mouth, and choosing her to be our Realty Agent was the best decision we've ever made when it comes to buying or selling a home.

Starting in 2010, began looking for a new home. Julie not only LISTENED to our list of wants/desires, she also realized from conversations with us things which we ourselves were not aware were important. She not only found us the perfect home, she made the process a total breeze.

Following the purchase of that home, she sold our existing home, helped us purchase another home and sell yet another home. Have also recommended her to several (10 or more individuals) who, upon meeting with Julie, contacted us to thank us for the referral as they were just as delighted as we were.

Not wishing to gloss over things, wish to point out not every transaction was easy, not because of Julie, but because other, extenuating circumstances. In every instance, Julie would immediately take charge and solve everything for us. Truly do not know how she manages to treat each of her clients as if they were her ONLY client.
