Julie Burr

Julie has always had a passion for real estate. She helped build a real estate marketing firm with well over 80 builders and agents in metro Atlanta for 15 years. She and her husband both have a long history in real estate while also renovating a number of homes along the way. They have even owned a few rentals themselves. She is excited to share her expertise, knowledge, and enthusiasm for helping others as she uncovers great opportunities for clients as they sell their current home, buy their dream home or find the perfect investment property. She is determined to leave each client with a big smile! She cannot wait to focus on each real estate transaction with one goal in mind… exceeding the expectations of each and every client that comes her way.

Julie currently resides in Bay Village with her husband, David and their two yellow labs. She continues to remain active in church, serving as a Sunday School teacher and as a leader on the high school youth group summer mission trips. She is also a member of the Camp Imagine board in Avon Lake. Whenever possible, she loves to escape to their family cottage on Catawba Island. She and David have two grown sons who recently graduated from college. One works in finance and the other is the Music and Band Director at Amherst High School. Last, her family would not be complete without Bean, their black labrador. Other than loving on Bean, she trains with him at the Cleveland All Breed Training Club.
