Julie Chesser

Julie Chesser is an award-winning Realtor with over 15 years of experience. She began her Real Estate career working as part of a mother/Daughter Team. Her mother, Donna Fortune, was a licensed Realtor with over 30 years of experience. Donna retired from Real Estate in 2018 and Julie is excited to share their extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia Market with her clients.

Julie earned a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Education and Psychology (a great segway into real estate). After graduating, she taught in Fairfax County Public Schools for six years. This experience has given her extensive knowledge of local schools and neighborhoods which she shares with her clients to help in the transition process. Julie has earned the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Lifetime Top Producer accreditation. She specializes in Military Relocation and distressed Sales. Julie strives to educate her clients on current market conditions and provide the highest quality service possible. She lives in Springfield and is excited to share her expertise with you!
