Julie has been a resident of Atlantic Beach since 2006 and became a REALTOR® in 2010. Prior to her successful real estate career, Julie had worked with Fortune 100 companies, as well as smaller start-up companies, which enabled her to develop exceptional sales and negotiating skills. She was a repeat top-performer winning awards and placing in the top 5% of the sales for multiple years.
As a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Julie learned the value of discipline, getting to the finish line, and delivering a quality product to her customers.

Julie’s emphasis has always been “client first” and as a trusted REALTOR® she listens and responds to the call of her client’s needs, wants and expectations. This type of approach allows her to provide distinctive results. Julie has Certified Residential Specialist Certification (CRS), Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is currently working to achieve her Certified Residential Specialist Certification. She spends her free time playing tennis and golf and serves as the Jacksonville Chapter President for the Association of Graduates for the United States Air Force Academy. Julie also believes in giving back to the community. She donates a part of every commission to one of six selected charities: The Child Cancer Fund, The Beaches Resource Center, Best Friends Animal Society, ALS Florida Chapter, Homes For our Troops, and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
