We met Julie at an open house she hosted. While lovely, that home didn't meet our needs but we were so impressed with Julie that we began working with her to find the home we were looking for. We needed a fast turnaround to accomplish our goals. Working with Julie, we were able to accomplish that. Then she helped manage that process along with the post-sale issues and finding us a "new construction home warranty" that was perfect for our needs. We'd definitely call Julie again.

Julie is an amazing realtor. Here are just a few reasons why I would recommend using her as your realtor.

Selling a condo, or a house, is something that can be very stressful. However, every time I felt stressed, I would contact Julie and she would talk through the issue so that I better understood it and felt comfortable. This made the process so much easier.

Selling a condo has a lot of different unique variables. Julie knows the ins and outs of selling a condo and helped guide me through the entire process.

Julie and her team came to my house and staged everything. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but WOW!
She and her team moved furniture around, organized accents with related artwork, put paintings in different rooms; she even brought in a few of her own items. The results were stunning!

Julie set up a very successful open house and set up many showings. My condo sold in 4 days and with an outstanding price.

Denise did an amazing job helping us to find our home. In this extremely challenging housing market she was ahead of the game. She was available anytime we asked to view a house. She was knowledgable and knew what to look for in viewing houses. She didn't just try and make a sale, she would point out the positive and the negative so we were aware of both.
. We have purchased homes in the past, but today's market is all new for us. Her coaching on how to get an accepted offer was the only way we were successful. She was an a steady advocate throughout the process.

We would recommend Denise to anyone. She is amazing!

Our agent, Julie, did an outstanding job! She was available to us whenever we needed or wanted to contact her. She was very quick to set up viewings for us; both sites that we were interested in and some that she found for us. Julie was also key in helping us communicate with the financing bank; this was especially helpful because we weren't from the area.
