About Julie

The enthusiastic, honest and energetic owner and designated broker of Collison Realty LLC, Julie loves helping make people's homeownership dreams come true. Julie believes so much that real estate is the key to wealth, that she owns five properties herself! Julie's love for real estate began when she was in junior high and her parents owned a real estate company. She always wanted to be the designated broker of a firm just like her mom and can feel the love from her mother always inside of her, helping to cheer her on.

Community involvement is key and Julie serves on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Parkland Spanaway, the Garfield Street Business Association, Lincoln High School Alumni Association, and the Franklin Pierce Foundation. She also belongs to the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce.

Julie loves reading, yoga, paddle boarding, hiking and exploring the forest for mushrooms and other cool things that nature has to share. She considers herself a lifelong learner and strives to share her knowledge and experience with the "heart of a teacher".

She did her research as to the value of our home, did a professional job on the pictures and listing site, was quick to respond to texts and calls, and was positive and realistic in her conversations with us.
