Julie began her real estate career in 1988, soon after graduating college from University of Missouri-Columbia.
She has honed her Real Estate skills in the very real world of parenting. She has raised three children who have taught her all Real Estate's key skill sets; patience, organization, multi-tasking, negotiation skills, follow through, and communication. Julie has taken all these necessary skills and has applied them to a successful Real Estate business model. As a native St. Louisan, she grew up in the city of Clayton. She knows the St. Louis market in and out, and considers it a privilege to assist neighbor, friends, and personal referrals in the most important financial decision of a lifetime.
She has experienced great success and believes in giving back. Julie has been involved since the birth of Pedal the Cause that debuted in 2012. Her daughter was the first child to be honored in the Ride for a Child program. She has helped raise over $300,000 with her team, Team Victoria. Julie is an avid supporter of Humane Society of St. Louis, Stray Rescue, and the Animal Protective Association. She also mentors weekly at Monroe Elementary School in South City. Julie is respected by both her colleagues and her clients and has been awarded the distinction of St. Louis Magazine's '5 Star Real Estate Agents, Best in Client Satisfaction' by her peers year after year.
