Great job by Julie - she stuck with us during the slowdown until the house sold. She also helped out tremendously as our rental agent, developing a strong working relationship with our renters. Without this teamwork the house would not have sold. Julie provided solid advice as to presenting the house for sale, finding contractors to take care of the fix-up items, and getting us through the inspections with no major issues. Five stars all the way.

Julie was recommended by a friend - and she's still my friend!! Julie is knowledgeable and confident with her ability to price and sell real estate in any market. My husband was reluctant to price our house as high as Julie suggested so she took him out to look at houses in our town - he came back a believer. Our house had two offers the first week - the marketing for the house couldn't have been more successful. When we downsize for retirement we'll be calling Julie again.
