Hi. Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I have lived in Southwest Florida, specifically Cape Coral, since April 2004. Before I moved to Florida I enjoyed a successful career of over 20 years in industrial plastic sales in Southeast Pennsylvania. I have also lived in California, Alaska, Delaware, and England, where both of my sons were born.

Since my move to this area and obtaining my real estate license I have worked for a commercial real estate office and a new home builder, as well as a holiday stint with UPS in order to better understand the complexities of navigating the roads around the 400+ miles of canals that meander throughout Cape Coral. I still carry a map. I have been in general real estate since 2007. In an effort to further assist people with their real estate needs as well as accomodate our ever changing economic market, I became a business partner in Gulf Breeze Rentals & Property Management LLC when it opened its doors in 2010.

I exercise regularly and in my off time, I tend to be very active. I enjoy our many local beaches, love to play golf and fish, am a great fan of reading and love to cook for a crowd. I have a love for animals. I come from a large family. I have lots of friends who visit regularly. It is always fun to show them what this area has to offer. My short term goals in life are to skydive and learn how to wind surf. I can be ready for a new adventure at a moments notice.

I make it a point to travel throughout this area, not only to learn about the ever changing opportunities in real estate here but also to better qualify myself in keeping you abreast of local events.
