After one phone call and a meeting in person to explore several home options, she seemed to have a true understanding of what would type of home would be the best fit for us. Once we made the decision to make an offer on a home, Julie worked quickly to ensure that the transaction went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our home sale was not a planned event, but result of an unexpected immediate life changing job offer out of state. My wife and I were suddenly living apart. In this quickly occurring, upside down life event, time was of the essence. We interviewed 2 real estate agents, with less than a good gut feeling. We were told we would have to make so many updates to the home, and that the sell price would be much less than our proposed asking price. In speaking to a friend about the depressing advice on selling, he immediately recommended Julie Fletcher and interview 3 was our last. Our property accommodates large animals, a commercial kitchen and 2 wood fire ovens, so not an easy one stop type of property, also being 1 hour from Downtown Sacramento in the Sierra foothills. While the first two agents were focused solely on horse property, Julie told of us of her recent sell transaction of a bona fide horse property that sold to buyers without any large animals. This gave us a renewed confidence in that Julie could see the marketing possibilities and not just a mono-focus horse property. Julie worked confident and generally alone interacting with on our need basis. The previous 2 realtor interviews brought in a small team proposing their services, each a little different corporate slice of pie it seemed. Julie made reasonable home update suggestions and connected us with contractors as well as a furniture stager. The home listed for $25,000 more than our initial expectations, Just after the new year in 2016, even with the rains, our home sold in just 9 days in the dead of winter.
