While reviewing dozens of listings on the web in preparation for our move to GA, I inadvertently requested info about VA financing and was lucky enough to get a response from Julie Fogard .... our lucky day! Julie was awesome! The communication was great and she helped us to find our forever home. She showed us a lot of houses and guided us along the way. We had a few hiccups with our lender but she communicated with them to keep things moving.
We would definitely work with Julie in the future if the need came up for us to find another home.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Julie as my realtor during my relocation to GA from another state. Her immediate and genuine desire to help me secure my new home was both welcoming & refreshing and made for a great experience.

Ms. Julie made herself available no matter the circumstance or the time. Even after closing, she was available and attentive. Her eye for the details and fine points made her the perfect advocate before, during, and after; never failing to reassure and remind me that she was in my corner. And it wasn’t just her expertise but also her conviction to my personal cause (purchasing my ideal new home happily and with ease).

Ms. Julie worked with me and on my behalf every step of the way. She showed up without me having to ask, she checked in even when I delayed to do so.

This is perhaps because she doesn’t treat her services as just a business or a transaction, but as an important experience and transition that she will not only guide you through but be on guard for you. She truly cares and always wanted the best outcome for me and my family.

I couldn't speak highly enough about my experience with July Fogard.
We were new to Georgia and it was such a difficult time for homebuying right after COVID. Juley was patient with us. She found great houses for us to see. We were so picky on what we wanted and she was amazing, never making us feel bad when the house wasn't just right. She was so happy and friendly every time we met or spoke. Julie and Breanna are hands down the best realtors in this area. When we were looking for a home, we were very picky with what we wanted in a tricky housing market. Julie worked with us and was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process, leading to our purchasing a home. We also used a VA loan and Julie was very knowledgeable about the extra steps needed for that. I truly recommend them and if I ever need a realtor again, they will be the first I call.
