The Manassas Sales Office is comprised of highly professional educated agents who follow the Long & Foster mission of making every real estate experience an exceptional one. I serve as the managing broker and much like my experience in real estate, we set the bar high and provide a quality level of customer care and service.

Real Estate has been part of my life for a very long time. My mother, Judy Tobin of Springfield Virginia, joined Long & Foster in 1975 and quickly found her passion and became a top producing agent! I grew up in the business and eventually joined my mother to form The Tobin Team and now too, I am hooked. My husband, Jim Frank, later joined our team bringing a vast knowledge of the home building industry along with handy man, hands on experience.

Over the years of serving numerous clients with buying and selling, I realized the key ingredients to a successful transaction is to create a trusting relationship and educate the client on the vast subject areas of purchasing and selling. I now use that very same knowledge to support the Manassas Long & Foster agents. I pride myself on making sure every agent has the tools, knowledge, and understanding to meet all their clients needs.
