Julie started her real estate career in 2013 out of Nashville, TN. She went on to get her Tennessee Broker’s License in 2019. She helped hundreds of families in Tennessee realize their dream of home ownership, and earned awards for record-breaking sales. Julie also served as a Dave Ramsey endorsed local provider for several years while in Tennessee. Julie was born and raised in Virginia, and she returned to her home state in 2020. Having grown up in Virginia, she has intimate knowledge of the area, and this made the transition seamless. In Virginia she received her Broker’s license and currently serves as an Associate Broker with Lynchburg’s Finest Team. Julie has a background in graphic design, office management, and studied information technology in college. Julie is a real estate investor. Her experience and education in this area provides valuable insight to others who wish to invest in real estate. Julie spent over 6 years serving as the HOA president in her previous neighborhood, giving her valuable experience and expertise in this area as well.
