Julie was more than we expected. ANYTIME we needed to see a property she made it happen. Even sent us recommended properties that matched our wants and desires anytime one became available, which unfortunately seems to be becoming unheard of in the real estate industry. She actually did the work of a real estate agent. We wasted a lot of time, and went through several agents until we found Julie, which was the result of another agent not doing her job. Once we connected with Julie, we had a contract within weeks. We’ll do business again because she’s an actual real estate agent.

What can we say… Julie Hasting did an amazing job for us when we made the decision to relocate from Chicagoland to Warner Robins after 53 years. It was a tough decision, but we have never looked back.

Julie was extremely knowledgeable of the Warner Robins area, neighborhoods and matched us up with homes that would fit our lifestyle. She was extremely patient and listened to the things that were important to us as we searched for a new home.

In fact, she did such a good job, we actually bought our home sight unseen other than pictures and a FaceTime video walk-through. Homes were selling pretty quickly and she said, “y’all better buy this home because it is you and it will be gone quickly.” We took the plunge and luckily our offer was accepted before 3 others came in. She was right and we absolutely love our home!

Moving 900 miles was no easy task and she made us feel welcome and confident in our decision. In the process, we made a new friend and are very happy to leave this review for Julie. Give her a try… she won’t let you down!

When we started our journey we were a little uneasy given the current state of the market. We didn’t know how many homes we would need to look at before finding the one, how many offers we were going to have to make before getting one accepted or how long everything would take. Finding Julie was truly like finding an angel! She was able to explain the area and the market to us right away and set us at ease. She told us she was in for the long haul and however long it would take. After looking at two homes we found one we were really interested in the next day. I messaged Julie and she got us in to see it right away that same day. It was the one we wanted and we decided to out in our first offer. She consulted us on everything we needed to do to make our offer as attractive as it could be and our offer was accepted out of six other offers. She worked after hours, communicated with us at every step, did a virtual walkthrough for us while we were out of town, helped coordinate communications with all parties and made everythingt easy. Would recommend her 10 times over to anyone looking to buy or sell.
