Julie Hicks is a full time REALTOR, Licensed in South Carolina, with Carolina One Real Estate, in Charleston, SC. Julie serves the greater Charleston area with an office near Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant, SC. Julie is an active member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, an active member of the National Association of Realtors, and an active member of the East Cooper Top Producers. She has a successful real estate career and is the recipient of the Carolina One Star Award, the Carolina One Silver Circle of Excellence Award. and East Cooper Top Producers. Julie holds many real estate professional certifications and designations including Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Seller Representative Specialist, Historical Properties Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Second-Home Property Specialist. After a decades long successful career as a Vice President at a commercial insurance firm, Julie decided to pursue her passion for all things real estate in the Lowcountry. Today you can find Julie walking her French Bulldog Wilbur in the Old Village, Downtown Charleston, on the beaches, or on Daniel Island. On college game days she has a house divided with GA Bulldogs, Carolina Gamecocks, and the Crimson Tide.
