Julie Hill

Julie Hill's real estate career began in 1992 as an office secretary with Three M Realty (later to become Prudential and then Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Idaho Homes & Properties). By 1993, she was an Idaho State licensee so she could answer questions for clients calling the office. At that time real estate agreements were still a single page with carbon copies and typed on a typewriter. She participated in the growth of the office from just seven agents to opening branch offices at Kanaka Rapids Ranch, and then Buhl, Breckenridge, a mall kiosk, Jerome, and expanding the Twin Falls office. In 2003, she joined the Collins Connection team to assist Kent and Cindy Collins with transactions, buyers, and sellers. 2009 was the year she retired from the team to help with her family custom farming business. She still enjoys selling and helping in a purchase for family and friends.
