About Julie

Julie and her family started out in the Denver area in the early nineties in a classic brick bungalow near Cherry Creek. She fell in love with Colorado when she moved here from Iowa to attend college at UNC. Julie and her family currently reside in Arapahoe County and she and her husband Rik have two children, Cameron, and Caitlyn.


Julie has earned a reputation with her clients as one of the best professional Realtors in Denver because of her dedication to being the “go to” professional and friend for questions and resources before, during, and long after the sale. After 12 years’ experience in the design/build industry, Julie switched gears in 2005 to obtain her real-estate license and brought her love and enthusiasm for design and architecture into the real estate side of the business. Julie has done fix and flips, investing, and truly enjoys helping clients buy and sell everything from their starter condos to their million-dollar dream homes.


Julie and her family have been very active in their community of Foxridge. From being part of the local tennis leagues to Rik being Santa and the kids taking turns being the Easter Bunny at neighborhood events. They enjoy tennis, road trips, and hanging out together. Now the kids are older and in High School; Julie and Rik are empty nesters! (For now anyways) Looking forward to traveling near and far, adding to their real estate investment portfolio, remodeling.
