Julie did an amazing job for us. We were brand new to the area without any contacts. I called a number from Zillow to look at a house and was luckily routed to Julie. To say our situation was untraditional would be an understatement; we started looking for houses 9-12 months before we anticipated buying one. We were unfamiliar with the Annapolis market and just wanted to see what the houses were like and how far our dollar was going to go. Julie was patient with us, set up consistent communications, and took the time to educate us on the Anne Arundel housing market. She advised us through 2 separate negotiations and although our offers were less than desirable for the Sellers (we anticipated counter offers) Julie was ALWAYS on 'our side'. Finding our new home in Anne Arundel proved to be challenging but Julie worked with us through the entire process and in the end we found exactly what we were looking for at the price we were comfortable paying. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a house in Anne Arundel county. Toby & Mechelle
