Julie Kelley

Julie Kelley joined WEICHERT, REALTORS®, McKenna & Vane in December 2011 and has continually been recognized for her excellence in Real Estate. She was named the Mid-Atlantic Weichert Affiliates "Rookie of the Year" in 2012, became a Howard County Million Dollar Club Member in 2013 and Howard County Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” in 2014.

Julie is a person of her word. She is dedicated to following through on every promise. She describes herself as a people person, ready to offer advice and guidance throughout the entire home-buying and home selling process. She eagerly saves her clients time through Weichert’s progressive use of technology and its connections to providers of financing, home inspections and home insurance.

Julie holds an associate degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communication. She is a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR) and served on the Board of Directors from 2014-2019. She has also served as a member on HCAR’s Young Professionals Network, Community Outreach, Rookie and Education Committees. She graduated from Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy in April 2016. She served as Howard County Real Estate Million Dollar Club President for the 2018-2019 year. She is an annual WREA award winner and in MVP Elite award status with WEICHERT, REALTORS®, McKenna & Vane. She also enjoys mentoring new agents within the company.
