I am admittedly high maintenance and she responded to my every text and phone call immediately and with grace! We sold our previous home for top dollar and purchased our new home for a price Julie demanded. There is absolutely NO one better than Julie!

I worked with Julie Kern while searching for a home in a very specific area. She was always willing and patient with my requests to view homes and kept me informed as soon as something became available that fit what we were looking for. When the right house became available she acted quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and organized. We were able to move quickly and negotiate for our dream home.
