From our first meeting, through closing, and even beyond, Julie Knecht was my trusted guide. She gave me support that was kind and thoughtful. The sale of my house went smoothly with her help! She helped me with staging and had many resources for vendors (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Her assistance even continued after closing as she made sure my move to another city went well. Julie was very helpful to us in planning our move from Northern California to Reno. She encouraged us to look at 55+communities as we are retired. She assisted us in finding the right home once we selected the community. She attended home inspections, recommended landscaping contractors, and provided a referral for a window covering specialist. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, organized, patient, thorough, and above all a nice friendly person. We had a difficult buyer and had it not been for Julies actions we likely would have lost the deal. My family just moved to Reno from Hawaii and Julie was our realtor. Hands down, she is the best realtor we've ever worked with. Moving across the ocean was a lot of stress and Julie made the process go so much smoother. She is very kind, thoughtful, caring, organized and great at what she does. She was so patient helping us find a house in a hot market and allowed us to have full confidence with minimal visits due to the distance and challenges getting to Reno to look at houses. Even though it took several tries due to competition or inspection issues, Julie stuck with us until we found the right property. Some of the properties we put offers on ended up having tricky situations/circumstances and Julie ensured that we were well informed so we could make final important decisions. She followed up regularly and was always on top of all the little things that needed to be done. Julie was always available for questions and promptly set up zoom calls when we saw a house we wanted to see given the hot market at the time. Not being familiar with the area she was always helpful advising us of things we needed to consider that we probably wouldn’t have thought of. She navigated the sometimes conflicting wishes my husband and I had with tact and grace. I truly believe Julie cared about my family and went above and beyond to help us make the move. I recommend Julie without any hesitation and will forever be grateful for all her help getting my family to Reno.

It was my good fortune to find Julie. I made a decision to move from Southern California to Sparks. I had also decided on a 55+ community. I was a visitor to a new land. It was just a challenge to find my hotel after leaving the airport. Julie picked me up at the hotel and spent a considerable amount of time showing me several different properties. We finally settled on Toll Brothers Regency Stonebrook. She was with me for the walkthrough and helped me with other details. I could not be more please. She provided me with an information packet loaded with information on relocating to Nevada. Afterall, moving is a big deal fraught with many challenges and she made that easier. When it came time to make an offer, she was very helpful with her guidance. In one particular instance she recommended that we offer well below the asking price because of some minor issues with the property.
