Julie Knudtsen

Julie has been active in the Eastside market since 1989. She was repeatedly voted as " 5 Star - Best in Client Satisfaction" in a Seattle Magazine survey. She has a Managing Broker's license, and she is a Designated Relocation Specialist. She also has Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors' Marketing Specialist designations. Certifications require extra education, commitment and a superior record of production. The CRS designation is achieved by only 7% of all REALTORS in the nation. She was also licensed as an Associate Broker in Oregon in 2001. She was selected as Assistant Manager of her 50+ agent office in 2008. Aiding buyers and sellers is her business. She chooses to work with a limited number of buyers and sellers at any given time. That way she can offer a premium level of friendly service, without being stretched too thin or having to hand her business off to a less experienced assistant. Julie genuinely wants her clients to feel they can recommend her to friends and family, without hesitation. Repeat clients and referrals are the largest part of her business. That is the strongest sign that she has done her job well. She was honored by being twice awarded the Windermere Special Achievement Award for Excellence and served on both the Owners' and Office Advisory Councils. She actively supports Eastside Windermere Foundation where they annually grant hundreds of thousands of dollars for housing, at risk children and educational scholarships. It was her privilege to sit on the Foundation Board for 6 years. She was raised in Michigan, but she has lived in many states. Julie is a graduate of University of Washington, a former elementary teacher, mother of 3 and grandmother of 6. She loves to travel and has been fortunate to have been to Europe many times, Africa and assorted other locations. She still has plans to see for Asia in the future.
