Julie Lawrence

Julie grew up in Chicago, but quickly learned the cold did not agree with her and studied at the University of Miami. She spent over a decade as a trusted meteorologist working in West Texas and the Tampa Bay area. Her passion for the Tampa Bay area and helping people led her into Real Estate. Her connections and strong communication skills from her time in broadcasting have been a great asset in helping her clients have a smooth transaction. Julie gets things done quickly, efficiently, and right the first go around. Since starting in the industry, she has sold over $25 million in real estate.

Julie owns a home in South Tampa and has an investment property in Seminole Heights. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoying all the great restaurants in the area. She thinks one of the best parts about Florida Living is being able to be out on the water and loves boat days. Julie enjoys spending time volunteering for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the local ALS Chapter and is very involved in Bulldog Rescue.

Julie has a Florida Real Estate license and specializes in residential sales. She has earned the New Homes Specialists Certification and is a verified Rocket Homes Agent.
