For most people, buying a house is one of their biggest investments in life. It’s vital to find and work with the right agents. Julie revealed her experience and professional skills at least on the following aspects:

1. She listens to you on what you need. As a result. All the houses she showed to you will have most elements that you want.

2. She respects her customers. Regardless what the property you picked up, she always provides you with pros and cons.

3. She is a very good resource for referring the service people to your needs. This is very important to the people who just moved to Space Coast and know nobody for their house needs!

Julie and her team are amazing. I'm so happy a ran into her. I was shopping for houses or land for 3 years and within 2 days she found me something I wanted. Every other realtor was pulling my leg and jerking me around to spend money. I was pre-approved for $700k and not once Julie forced me or showed me anything that I didn't want. She asks all the questions and KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO ASK. Don't be fooled by other realtors Julie is very caring and willing to go the extra mile and she earned my business moving forward getting more properties.
