About Julie

Raised in Butte County since the age of 2, Julie loves the North Valley and all it has to offer. Just hours from the Pacific Ocean and Lake Tahoe, Chico and its surrounding communities provide the perfect setting for building a family, a career, or just going on an adventure.

Julie became a realtor in 2016 after working in the field as a front desk associate and marketing manager for a local real estate office and then acting as a transaction coordinator for her mother, who was an agent in Chico for 15+ years. She enjoyed the connections she made in the industry and once her children were older, she decided it was time to jump in and join her mom in business. They worked hard to always provide the best experience for their clients as they made their way through the home buying and selling journey. Julie is a mom to three beautiful girls and when she is not selling homes, she loves to bake desserts, take day trips to Point Reyes and enjoy family game nights at home.

I worked with Julie in 2020 to buy my house. We started the process in January, and just a few short months later the world basically shut down because of Covid. Needless to say, buying a home during a global pandemic is not for the faint of heart. And as a first-time homebuyer and single mom, I was already feeling overwhelmed. But from our first meeting over coffee until she handed me the keys to our new home, Julie was AMAZING! She was patient, kind, thorough, responsive, and supported me every single step of the way. I can't imagine having this experience with anyone else.

JULIE LOEB IS THE BEST REALITOR I HAVE EVER USED. I HAVE BOUGHT MANY HOMES WITH DIFFERENT REALITORS AND NONE OF THEM HAVE EVER COME CLOSE TO THE SERVICE JULIE PROVIDES. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO HOMES WITH JULIE. BOTH HOMES I COULDN'T HAVE GOT WITH OUT JULIE. BOTH HOMES WE FOUND OVER JUST ONE WEEKEND OF LOOKING. Julie is amazing. My family was going through a very difficult time after the Campfire. Julie treated us with such compassion, even in the midst of all the chaos. She took every call, answered every question, and kept me focused through some pretty dark days. She stood by us until we landed in our forever home. She is a ROCKSTAR!!!
