I have consistently sold more homes than any other Multiple Listing Service (MLS) agent in the 53207 area, and I am driven to succeed. The type of real estate service that I provide is full-circle, from the initial meeting to coordinating closing; I go above and beyond. I provide creative marketing ideas for sellers while maintaining solid relationships with area lenders to ensure that my buying clients receive superior financial service.After working many years in the interior design and building industries, I decided to make a career change that would be a better fit for my new family.

Unlike larger real estate companies, we don’t operate with a dog-eat-dog philosophy; we value working together as a team and use our experiences to help each other achieve success.My customers also benefit from this. I offer personal service and do whatever it takes to make sure their experience is a great one. I’ve made clients’ beds when they haven’t been home before a last-minute showing, and I’ve even helped pull up old carpeting. Because of my experience and interior design skills, I give my clients the right advice for staging their homes to ensure that their spaces look appealing to potential buyers.I also give that little extra when it comes to my listings. You’ll find more than just one or two pictures and a basic description; I make my listings much more descriptive so that potential buyers are able to get an intimate feeling for the home prior to viewing.

As a committed community member and resident, I understand the communities in which I sell. As a previous resident of Bay View, I gained an exceptional understanding of the neighborhood and its real estate market. In fact, I’m still involved in a number of community associations in the Bay View area. For the past nine years, I’ve been living in Mequon and have developed an appreciation for the North Shore area as well. Regardless of the state of the housing market or area in which you’re buying or selling, I have the work ethic to give you dedicated, personal service for a hassle-free experience.
