Julie Maginley

Julie (Tacha) Maginley, REALTOR®, is a multi-million-dollar producer serving the Manhattan and Fort Riley area. Having PCS’d herself and as a Military Relocation Professional, Julie truly understands the emotions and logistics behind military moves and loves helping VA buyers and sellers feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2015 with Rockhill Real Estate Group, Julie has combined her marketing background, attention to detail, and friendly, supportive approach to create a smooth and personal experience for her clients. She believes real estate is about relationships and being there for people during some of life’s biggest moments, whether it’s putting down roots in a new town, making room for a growing family, or downsizing into a new season.
Originally from a small town in Nebraska, Julie earned her degree in Marketing from Fort Hays State University. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with her husband Curtis and their two children, traveling (37 countries and counting!), trying new recipes in the kitchen, and sharing lots of laughs with family and friends!
