Julie Meggs

Julie Meggs is the Qualifying Broker and licensed real estate instructor for our office. Julie has been in the real estate industry for 16 years and has a true passion for mentoring clients at any stage of real estate investment to help them attain their real estate goals and dreams.

A native of Tuscaloosa, Julie graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in secondary education. She was a high school science teacher before choosing a real estate career in 2006. In 2016, she started her own team, The Julie Meggs Team, and is a multi-million-dollar producer. She and her team won a Best of Zillow award in 2019. Julie is married to Alex Meggs, and they have four children. Julie is a respected member of the real estate community and brings a wealth of experience to her position. Julie has a passion for mentoring agents at any point in their real estate career in order to help them reach their full professional potential.
