Julie Murray

Julie started her real estate business in 2003 and has sold over 400+ homes worth over 74 million in sales. From lots to land, acreage to apartments, Julie helps buyers and sellers in all aspects of Real Estate in both Oregon and Washington. She does this full time, is a real estate investor herself and loves her job.

Julie works closely with her clients to ensure they are updated throughout the entire process. She doesn’t list and leave, never to be heard from again until the contract expires. Julie believe that this is a partnership, she works with her clients as a team to get the transaction marketed and closed for top dollar.

She lives in West Linn, Oregon where she has raised two kids with her husband Rob, a licensed contractor. She has two dogs, loves the outdoors and red wine. If you don't find her working you will find her hiking or traveling to different or her favorite wineries. She has several client events though out the year including the Alzheimer's team "Remember Win" she sponsors and walks every year. Her passion is her family & clients, being part of the community and making a difference!

Designations and advanced training are so important to keep up to date in our changing climate, so Julie makes this part of her business to keep up to date and add when possible. When asked who she works with the most she will tell you Veterans, Police Officers, Seniors & first time buyers. For her specialty in property she has done it all, works with everything but commercial property, from septic to sewers, wells to water rights, with over 400+ homes she has the experience and skill set to do the best job to get you the highest amount or best deal.
