Julie was wonderful to work with. We sold a condo but had to do it long distance. Julie's advice was impeccable and the closing went very smoothly - she really understood the market in a difficult time. She made it easy to work from several states away. My family and I are so lucky to have met Julie when looking to sell my parents house. Julie was always very helpful, friendly, courteous, and so knowledgeable. Having not bought a house in about 30 years, we felt very confused and nervous. Luckily we had Julie there to guide us through every step while patiently explaining our options to help us make decisions.

When we first contacted Julie, she came to see the house, made suggestions, and listed it quickly. Julie gave us comps and and a lot of detail with her list price recommendation. Julie started bringing people to see the house and planned open houses right away. We receieved multiple offers within weeks and closed on the sale soon after. We don't think that was luck or a coincidence. We were blessed to have met an amazingly talented realtor. Thank you, thank you!
