Julie Norfleet

Julie considers herself an “almost native” Nashvillian, having lived in the Nashville area for 40 years. Julie grew up in Franklin, TN and is a graduate of Father Ryan High School. She attended the University of Kentucky and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her BA in English.

Julie knows the home buying and selling experience can be a stressful one. It is her goal to keep that stress level to a minimum for her clients. Julie takes the time to walk her clients through every step of a transaction while attending to all the small, but important details. Julie’s clients are her biggest cheerleaders, and their testimonials are evidence of her dedication and compassion. Her clients and colleagues appreciate her warm personality, her passion for everyone to “Love Where They Live”, and her constant practice of putting her client’s needs and desires above anything else. People are more important than the transaction.

Julie is an active member of the Greater Nashville Realtors Association and a past Director on the board. She is an Awards of Excellence winner for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was the chair for the 2013 Greater Nashville Realtor Awards of Excellence Committee and banquet. Julie is also a member and current officer of the Nashville Delta Gamma Alumnae Association and was honored as “Greek Woman of the Year.” She is a current member and past chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for Father Ryan High School and has served on the alumnae board as well. She and her husband chaired the 2015 Legacy Gala.

Her experience with the Nashville Real Estate market combined with her 40 years of living in the Nashville area allows her to provide a unique and compassionate approach to all aspects of her clients’ transactions. Julie and her family can’t imagine living anywhere else and Julie strives for all her clients to live out The Wilson Group motto – LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE.
