My husband and I recently purchased a house with Julie. I’m so thankful we had Julie’s help. She was attentive to our list of “wants” and “needs” for the new home. And her familiarity of both Skagit and Whatcom counties is not necessarily something a realtor can just learn. It’s a huge advantage to have someone who has the experience of living in the area almost their whole life. She worked tirelessly to make our buying process enjoyable and realistic. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a home in NW Washington!
