As a licensed California General Contractor with 30 years of construction experience and owner of JP Construction I have a solid foundation and understanding of Homes and construction related issues. I have worked with many homeowners, buyers, investors, and “house flippers” alike to quickly assess the pros and cons of a building or remodeling project and assuring a smooth and seamless process. Combining Real Estate and construction has proven to be of greatest benefit to my clients.
I Believe in Giving Back
I care about my community and our mountains. As I meet with clients I often come across a person in need of very basic necessities. Our recent economic downturn has left many in financial trouble and simple things such as a new home for a pet, free firewood, furniture, clothing, dishes or sometimes a gift of food helped. Out of this I started a very informal community based network of helping hands. We helped locate the needed items free of charge and through the generosity of our community many have been able to get back on their feet quickly and return to normal life.
