Why Their Slogan is "Because Real Estate is Personal"
Many years ago, a client commented on how personable and approachable they are and how they do not hand their clients over to assistants but are, instead, there to assist them through the entire selling process. She noted that real estate is personal and requires a personal touch and they agree.
So, their slogan is “Because Real Estate is Personal."
That was almost 20 years ago, when they first started selling real estate. Now they are still enjoying finding people their new home while making the process as simple and understandable as possible.
Both of them are former teachers. Her (Julie's) background is teaching first and second grade and so they use a simple train to depict the buying process with the train cars walking you through the steps. Phil, a former missionary to Mexico and Spain, taught high school Spanish and Bible, so you can say that they both have a teacher's heart.
Phil's knowledge does not stop with his fluency in Spanish. He is also good and spotting flaws when showing houses which prevents you from making an offer on a poorly constructed house.
They have both lived in nine different states which helps people who are moving to the area from another state. Not only have they raised their kids here and know the area like the back of their hand, but they also probably have a good idea of where you are moving from and what you are used to and are expecting to find here. People have commented about how much this has helped them and that they do not feel as much like an outsider once their friendship is established.
They are empty nesters and full-time realtors. They have the time and the experience to help you find what you are looking for.
