Julie Romfh helped us sell our house last summer (2020). From start to finish she was professional, a great communicator and responsive. On the initial meeting and walk through of our property she shared many helpful ways for us to create a quality showing of our home; we were able to showcase all of the best qualities - inside, outside and with the yard. She helped us find a good quality paint contractor and cleaner who could work our jobs into their busy schedules. She walked us step by step through the process very efficiently and with great knowledge and skill. We had 11 showings, many offers, a good inspection process and sold the house within a week.

Julie guided me through a full clearing out and staging of my mother's home, where she had lived for fifty years. She was responsive, collaborative, clear, thoughtful, and made an unpleasant experience much more pleasant! She has a terrific eye, and great suggestions.
