I’ve been tremendously impressed with Julie Romfh. She is not only very knowledgeable about all real estate matters, but she is able to see new angles and offer creative solutions as problems came up. Moreover she follows up and not only does everything she promised, but she goes way above and beyond, again and again. She is impeccably honest, totally ethical, and as a plus, she is incredibly nice! It has been a joy to work with Julie, both in helping me find a new place to live, and also in getting my house ready for sale. I would recommend Julie Romfh, without hesitation!

Julie Romfh helped us sell our house last summer (2020). From start to finish she was professional, a great communicator and responsive. On the initial meeting and walk through of our property she shared many helpful ways for us to create a quality showing of our home; we were able to showcase all of the best qualities - inside, outside and with the yard. She helped us find a good quality paint contractor and cleaner who could work our jobs into their busy schedules. She walked us step by step through the process very efficiently and with great knowledge and skill. We had 11 showings, many offers, a good inspection process and sold the house within a week.
