Julie is available to show clients the real estate in all parts of the Tri-Counties areas including El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer Counties. She was born and raised in El Dorado Hills have been a Real Estate Professional for over 15 years. She understands the full dynamics of this very desirable area. She is a proud member of the Ryan-Lanigan Team which is comprised of Peggie Ryan-Lanigan and Gordon Lanigan. Her team has been in the Top 3% of Realtors with Lyon Real Estate for the past 5 years. Outside of Lyon, she enjoys playing golf, traveling to Lake Tahoe, Napa, and San Francisco, cooking and enjoy entertaining family and friends.
