Julie Ryan is the best relator I've ever dealt with. She has a keen sense of both home values and timing. She knows how to read the present-day market and provide the best options. I contacted her over a year ago, not in a hurry to sell, and asked her to keep an eye on the seller's market for me. She did, and when she called to say 'the time is now' I listened. We had 15 offers in 3 days and accepted for 14% over asking price. Julie didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to do and she really listened and addressed my concerns. I never felt like any question I had was a stupid one and she was always available to make time for a call or an email. The very best! Cannot say enough about Julie.

Julie Ryan is the best that’s all I can say. I needed to find the right place at the right time for my girls and I and thank goodness I found her. I haven’t bought a house in over ten years and it couldn’t have been smoother. I was kept up to speed with everything and never felt like I was unaware of the usual situations that happen when buying a home.
