It has been years since I last bought a house so I have been very skeptical on where to begin. After speaking to Julie, she has eased my fears and this experience is actually enjoyable! We chose Julie Siegmund from researching online. We are pleased with how she handled our transaction. She assisted with details to perfectly set our home up to sell, put on the market, and guide us through the listing process. We had a contract with the price we wanted in 4 days of listing. We closed within 30 days of contract. Amazing! We were impressed with her insight & wisdom as well as her availability when we needed her.
