We had the recent pleasure of working with Julie for the purchase of our new home in Ruxton. Julie was extremely well-versed in all aspects of the buying process. She was patient, showing both on and off market properties to us. She was available at all hours of the day and night and was quick to educate us when needed. Julie’s negotiation skills and ability to work closely with the seller’s agent proved valuable for us to secure our home at a fair price. She really cares about all of her clients and I can’t recommend her enough!

Julie was both our buyers’ and sellers’ agent in 2021. She was very supportive of our timeline both when we first communicated our vision and when we completely reversed course. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including financing options, market conditions and drivers, contractor work and pricing, legalities and contracts, and had effective contacts for everything we needed. She specifically recommended several upgrades to the house we were selling which I was initially dubious of… luckily we decided to go ahead with them (she gracefully did not push us at all) and got a several fold return on investment (I’m still astounded). In addition, she held our hands through the portions we were less knowledgeable on. Beyond that, even after the deals were done she continues to answer our house related questions. I highly recommend her and really cannot think of anything she could have done better.

I don’t know if I have ever felt so lucky to have someone in my corner as I did throughout our home buying and selling process. Julie was an incredible advisor and advocate. She was honest, realistic, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Additionally, she held our hand and gave us her contractors for improvements to our previous home which allowed it to show incredibly well and bring in five offers in under a week. She is the primary reason we now own our family’s dream home, even after some interesting issues along the way. She is an agent that can roll with the punches and will fight to help you come out on top! Buying and selling a house takes a team of knowledgeable professionals and we were thrilled to have Julie as our captain through this process!

This is my second time using Julie as my agent and once again she did an outstanding job. Both selling and buying my new home was a very hectic process and she did everything in her power to make sure our closing stayed on track and my families needs were met. Julie is such a sweet and kind soul. She’s in it for the happiness of her client, not the money. She wouldn’t allow you to settle on something your heart wouldn’t desire and I love this trait about her. Even when things got tough and we were pushed up against the wall with time, she still made sure we didn’t settle and would be happy with our purchase in this crazy market. Julie helped us find the perfect home in the most competitive market and when inventory was low, she scoured for off-market properties and used her industry relationships to uncover homes that were coming soon. When it comes to writing offers and negotiating contracts, Julie anticipates things from the other side, and is strategic in how she structures agreements. She easily builds rapport with other agents and is able to reason with them in a way that other realtors can't always do. With Julie, you WILL get the house you want and you'll get it on terms that benefit you.

Julie is communicative and always available - she will literally respond immediately at 6am or 1am. She has a sense of urgency which is critical in competitive markets and she'll always prioritize getting you in to look at properties. Julie Singer and her team provided an exceptional buying and selling experience during what could have been a very difficult time (COVID 19). At every stage of this process, the level of attention was so exceptional that we felt as if we were her only clients. As the glitches that are typical of the buying/selling process arose, Julie's long list of resources and willingness to handle issues on our behalf made us feel as if we had our own personal assistant.
