Julie earned her real estate license in 1997 and have been riding the wave ever since. She personally has bought, sold, built, and remodeled hundreds of homes. Real estate is a passion, and Julie is honored every day to help others achieve their dreams.

Julie is a true local. She was born and raised in Waynesville, where her parents still reside. Julie is an alumna of UNC - Chapel Hill. In her junior year, she studied abroad in England, and this is where her love of travel began. After college, she traveled the world and has seen some of the most spectacular places.

The thing Julie is most proud of, however, is the fact that she is a mother. Julie has three beautiful girls whose love and laughter are contagious. As a family, you can find them watching live music at any festival or camping. The past couple summers, they have been fortunate enough to pile into their RV and go exploring their amazing country.
