Working with Julie was such a pleasure! My boyfriend and I purchased a home in November 2022. We closed in the middle of April 2023. The process was smooth and that was all thanks to Julie. She always made sure that we stayed in communication with one another. Any questions that we had she was right there to answer. We even had our own private inspector and Julie is the one who gave the recommendation. A few months ago, I started on one of the scariest journeys of my life, buying my home, with unique circumstances and every challenge possible in my way. This road was going to challenge anyone who dared take it with
me. I was completely alone on that road. I found myself, at 41 years of age, rocked by life and unexpected decisions.

By chance and that old saying, it was meant to be, I met Julie Stevenson. Julie was there with me, for me, and supported me every single step of the way and more through this process. Julie's experience, expertise and determination on achieving our goal never wavered or faltered. Julie gave me- my home.

As a divorced woman with a home on the line for my family, I do not mind sharing that very personal journey because I have read so many unfortunate stories of women that were not as blessed and/or lucky to say that- and those women also did not have Julie. This journey is for my Daughter and for those women. I could not say that without Julie seeing this through and than some! Julie has given my Daughter and Mother, the BEST Thanksgiving present EVER- OUR HOME! and...I am blessed to also call her, friend.
