Julie Stratman went above and beyond in her efforts to list and quickly sell my house. She not only gave me suggestions to make sure my house looked its best but also helped to stage areas of my home. She was professional in her handling of the multiple offers I received and guided me throughout the entire process. Her communication with me and with the buyers was excellent. Most of all, though, Julie was kind and caring throughout the entire selling process and was never pushy. She listened to all my concerns. She was my realtor but was also the person I relied on to help me make the decisions that accompanied selling. Hard working, kind and trustworthy. Thank you, Julie!

We are beyond pleased with professional services we received from our realtor Julie Stratman at Comey and Sheppard. I highly recommend Julie. She went out of her way at all times to make sure we were able to see the homes we were interested in seeing and she was able to clearly communicate with listing agents during the bidding process.
